A Creel experience like no other! Located in the “Sportfishing Capitol of the World”, our Venice program features a stay right IN the marina- literally ON the water. Get picked up daily on the rear deck by our guides in their boats and head out into the Mississippi River delta for easy access to incredible fishing. Fish near the mouth of the Mississippi River, head into the marsh or cruise among the nearby barrier islands in search of your next redfish. Our guide team will expertly lead you through the delta on skiffs as you line up each sight cast. Included for each angler on this trip is a Hatch Iconic Fly Reel 7+, with 4 color combos to choose from.

The lodge provides Travel Creel’s trifecta of comfortable accommodations, delicious food and access to amazing fishing. Enjoy a sit-down breakfast and coffee each morning as we ease into the day and await the arrival of our guides on the back deck. Relax in one of the cozy recliners upon returning from fishing each afternoon, once again, delivered right back to the deck of the anchored lodge. Your Creel Chef will be anticipating your arrival, so freshen up and head back down to the main dining area and pour a cocktail from your preferred supply. Our Creel Crew’s established sources for the best Gulf treats and local ingredients will be on full display as appetizers are put up, with dinner soon to follow. Retire to the upper deck for a cigar and sit back to watch the day come to a close, then get some rest so you can be ready to enjoy it ALL OVER AGAIN.
