RETURN POLICY

Online returns within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund, e-store credit or exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund, e-store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged, in original packaging and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  

“Creel Credit” is not eligible for refund or return, except where required by law. “Creel Credit” does not expire, except where allowed by law.

To make a return, please email info@travelcreel.com with your order number. We will help you process your return and instruct you on how to send the return back to us. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We will confirm acceptance of your return by emailing the original address provided in the order, unless you have otherwise specified either in writing inside your return package, or by emailing us at the address provided above. If your return is accepted, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment. You will be notified of the status of any return, refund, or exchange.
