Our lodge is a sprawling mansion in the historic Marigny district that used to be a neighborhood Bar & Grill. We are within walking distance of the lively French Quarter and Bourbon Street. We’ve teamed up with the best guides on the bayou, come along as a member of the Creel Crew for another epic adventure out on the marsh!

Enjoy the views and watch the sun rise on the 40-minute shuttle ride to the boat ramp. Our guides meet us at the dock to load up then head off to find feeding redfish, black drum and other Bayou critters. It’s a hunters game as you hug the muddy banks looking for a tailing fish or a cruiser in search of their next meal. Make sure that you see the fish before you cast… Land your fly on their back and a cloud of mud is all you see as they spook out. But don’t worry- there is another willing eater just around the next bend.

On your afternoon return to the dock, our shuttle vehicles will be waiting stocked with soda, beer, snacks and A/C for your ride back to the city. Back at the house, get cleaned up and pour a cocktail, relax until your Creel Crew puts up appetizers and dinner.

End the evening with a cigar on the rooftop deck, take a stroll through the historic French Quarter or catch some local live music on Frenchman’s St. This unique experience combines Bayou fishing with lively city happenings, comfortable accommodations and top notch hospitality.
