Join the Travel Creel Crew in Kenai Alaska for epic rainbow trout fishing! We will meet you at the Kenai airport and shuttle you to the lodge just outside of Soldotna, AK. The lodge is located on a beautiful lake just a few minutes away from the world famous Kenai River. On our way out to the lodge we will hit the market to load up on libations for the week. Once at the lodge relax and settle in to your new home. The Travel Creel Crew will be hard at work getting the first of many delicious meals prepared for you!

Mornings start with freshly brewed coffee followed up by a tasty breakfast. The Creel Crew will have your lunches packed, just top off your lunch bag with snacks and we will head out to the boat ramp to kick off the day! There we will meet up with Captain Jordan Carter and his crew of guides who will take the reigns from here. This fishery will capture your heart with its picturesque surroundings and beautiful, hard fighting rainbows. Enjoy a tasty lunch on the water but save room for dinner! August marks the start of the silver salmon season and the annual salmon egg drop, resulting in epic trout fishing!!

Typical Day in Kenai:

6:30am- Coffee is served

7:00am- Breakfast is up, Have a bite then fill your lunch bag with snacks and drinks for the day. Grab your gear and we will shuttle everyone down to the boat ramp

7:30am- Meet up with your guide for the day and get ready to fish!

3:00pm- Reel em up.. time to head in.. We will pick you up and head back to the house for some R&R.

5:00pm Appetizers and cocktails will start flowing

5:30pm- Dinner is served family style.

7:00pm- Have a nightcap, take a stroll to the water, or turn in… Mornings come fast in Alaska!

Chef Joshua and his crew will be preparing all your meals with locally sourced proteins and vegetables. Over the years of coming to the Kenai, Chef Joshua has sourced the best places for local ingredients! While you are out fishing for the day, the Creel Crew will be hard at work making sure all of your meals are excellent!
