Join the Travel Creel Crew partnered up with Wing and Barrel Ranch for a unique Northern California Pop-up trout experience. Accommodations are located on the upper section of this productive spring fed river. Chef Joshua, Guides John Fochetti and Jason Cockrum have been exploring these waters for over a decade. Having worked together years ago, they are all super stoked to be getting the band back together! We like to have FUN, catch fish and eat delicious food. If that sounds like a good time to you then lets gooooooo!!!

Typical Day on the Fall:

6:00am- Wake up and wander into the main lodge for a cup of Joe.

6:30am- Country style breakfast buffet is served. Boat assignments will be posted each morning at this time.

7:00am- Chef has your lunch ready, top off your lunch bag with snacks, get yourself and your gear ready for the day.

7:30am- Meet your guide and head out for a fun filled day of trout action!

4:00pm- Head back to the lodge, clean up, grab a cocktail and relax.

5:00pm- Appetizers will start flowing.

6:00pm- Dinner served family style.

7:00pm- Have a nightcap, play some shuffleboard in the lodge and get ready for the morning…

Sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients is always my first objective. California destinations like the Fall River are so much fun for us. We are excited to show all of our guests the great local products we use on a regular basis. Menus will be simply prepared so all of these ingredients can shine like stars. With epic trout fishing, yummy food, the best guides, and warm hospitality this is sure to be a winning recipe.
