Join the Creel Crew on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula for an epic rainbow trout fishing adventure! Our shuttles pick you up at the Kenai Airport and traverse through the native Alaskan summertime foliage to the lodge. Located on the picturesque Kenai River is our 10-bedroom 6,700 square foot lodge. Your on-site Creel Chef will be hard at work getting the first of many delicious meals prepared for you as you are welcomed in to take a tour of the riverfront property and settle into your rooms.

The amazing scenery and beautiful, hard fighting rainbows this fishery boasts will capture your heart. August marks the start of the silver salmon season and the annual salmon egg drop, culminating in epic trout fishing! Summer in Alaska is unrivaled, as is the natural bounty and beauty within the Kenai Peninsula. Typical Day in Kenai:

6:30 am- Coffee is up, grab your cup!

7:00 am- Enjoy your breakfast with a view of the river, then gear up and grab your Creel Chef packed lunch bag, load it up with snacks and drinks for the day. Fill up your designated Yet water bottle from our Yeti silo and load into the shuttles to head for the boat ramp.

7:30 am- Hop into the boat with your guide for the day and head off for each day of fishing.

3:00 pm- Reel ‘em up… Time to head in. Our shuttles will pick you up and head back to the lodge. Rest up or pour a cocktail and kick back.

5:00 pm Appetizers are up, refill your cocktail or begin to indulge.

5:30 pm- Dinner is served, family-style.

7:00 pm- Your choice- Pour a nightcap, sit by the fireplace, or turn in… Mornings come fast in Alaska!

Your Creel Chef will be preparing every meal with locally sourced products. Throughout our years of adventures on the Kenai Peninsula, we have worked hard to source the best local ingredients. While you are out fishing for the day, the Creel Crew will be hard at work making sure to pull out all the stops.
